YEAR 12 FORMAL - 25 SEPTEMBER 2018

The Picton High School Formal is a tradition which allows Picton High School students to celebrate their success. The formal ticket price this year is $75. It is held at Panorama House in Bulli and is open to students only. This event will begin at 6pm. However, students are encouraged to meet at Picton Botanical Gardens at 4 pm for photos. Anyone is welcome to come along to this beautiful setting to take photos with your student including partners, ex-students and family members. PLEASE NOTE – the professional photographer is ONLY present at Panorama House. Please bring your own camera to take photos at the Botanic Gardens.

We will have a professional photographer at Panorama House for the full 5 hours of the event. Students are welcome to have as many photos as they like taken on the night. If your student wishes to receive a CD of all of the photos taken on the night, there is a $10 fee.

Finally, while students are welcome to make their own way to / from the venue, Picton High School is offering a bus that will transport them. There will be three buses:

  1. At 3:30pm, a bus will leave from Picton High School to Picton Botanic Gardens
  2. At 5pm, a bus will leave from Picton Botanic Gardens to Panorama House
  3. At 11pm, a bus will leave Panorama House and return students to Picton High School where they will be required to make their own way home.

If your student wishes to catch ANY of these buses there is a flat $15 fee. This is the fee whether your student is catching the bus once or all three times.
